Let me first explain that I bought a groupon for an oil change tier rotation inspection and carwash. When making my appointment I was told that it would take several hours to complete, and I mentioned to the guy on the phone that I had an appointment the same day. He very quickly offered up a free loaner car, which surprised me because i was just a groupon customer. Today I brought them my car at 9am, and got a call from them about 11:45am letting me know they were complete and they went over a few things they found that needed addressing (tires, brakes.....) any way when I brought back the loaner (nothing special but it got me were i was going) the service person gave me my keys back and went over what they found and had printed out cost brake downs for all the estimates for me to take home and look over. I have never had such good service!!!! I was half expecting to get a high pressure up sell at the end- especially since I only came in with a groupon certificate- but that was not the case. I trust these guys and will consider using them again.

If you want customer service that goes above and beyond, go to D&R Autoworks. I recently bought a Groupon for an oil change/comprehensive check/the works, along with a few additional part replacements. I was a bit worried about going to a mechanic I hadn't been referred to by a friend, but I'm thankful I found these guys (and didn't mind traveling a bit to get there thanks to their complimentary car loan/shuttle service to the train). Jeff is a great guy - he's friendly, professional, and prompt with calls to update you on your vehicle. After I picked my car up, I noticed a strange sound - immediately, Jeff took care of the situation and got my car back in the shop, inspected by his coworkers and bosses, fixed, and was in communication the entire time. It wasn't from anything they did wrong - I just drive an older vehicle that's a bit more finicky. Jeff and his crew went above and beyond to fix it, apologized for the problem (even though it wasn't from a repair they did) and delivered my car to my house along with coupons for my next visit. What could have been a headache was a breeze, and I'm thankful I've found an honest mechanic who values good customer service fully.

I have always found D&R accommodating and reliable, ever since my sister first turned me on to them back when they were on Central and Greenbay. It is not easy for me to be without my car and D&R has always bent over backwards to make sure that my time without it was minimal. I have many times been disappointed with the dealer's service (or lack there of), but D&R has stepped up to the plate and delivered where the dealer has struck out. I am amazed that a local service station can know so much more about my car, then the dealership it was purchased at. And D&R even washes my car before I pick it up. WOW! Shame on you dealership! Kudos to you D&R!

I unexpectedly had to bring my car in for service and they were able to accomodate me as well as provide a loaner vehicle. I was notified of the problems my car had and did not feel pressure from the service consultant with regards to servicing my car. Considering I brought my car in without an appointment, I had my car back in a timely manner. Thanks Dan, Gabe, and Walter!
