I haven't taken my car to anyone other than a dealer for service in years. A few weeks ago, we received a mailer from D&R, and I decided to give them a try. I initially called for some information and spoke to Jeff Swanson. That first phone call was impressive. Jeff handled all of my questions and I scheduled an appointment: a "B Service" for my wife's 2005 Mercedes C230.A week later, we dropped-off the car in the evening. The next day it was done, on time, as promised. The service was professional and complete, and the customer experience was nothing short of "Outstanding!" from that first call to the time that we picked-up the car. Needless to say, my wife and I are very pleased new customers, and we will definitely be going back to D&R for our car service needs.
