Gabe called to remind us it was time to service our SUV. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment over the phone. At the appointed time, a D&R porter arrived to pick up the car. A few hours later, Brian called to report on the inspection and we agreed on the actions to take. A few hours after that, the car was ready to be returned and we handled contactless payment over the phone. The car was returned nice and clean and sanitized.
